Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligible returns
If you for any reason are not happy with your product, we will be ready to support you with the return.
Return shipments must be shipped with the same courier that delivered your original order. To get return shipment free of charge please request a pre-paid return sticker over mail: help@oesteofficial.com.
From outside of EU & Switzerland
For returns from outside EU and Switzerland please attach the original invoice outside on your parcel so customs can identify it as a return and will not tax it on it's way back to us again. In case this has not been done correctly, we will have to decline the parcel at the border and it will return to you to correct the issue and send it out again.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
