Time of Delivery

Orders within Switzerland will be delivered within 2-3 business days with the Swiss Post.

Standard delivery time for orders to the rest of Europe and North America is 8-10 business days. Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries.

For countries outside of the EU and Switzerland, we ship DDU (delivery duties unpaid).

Express Delivery

We offer an express delivery option (1-2 days) against a fee.

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Customs and Fees

For customers outside Switzerland, additional customs fees may occur. These fees will be at the charge of the customer.
